With a duplicate of the famous Round House Bar on Put In Bay, this is a unique & fun feature of this home.  1,800 sq. ft,  3 bedroom, 2 bath home with multiple gathering spaces.  Downstairs features a nice sized living area with kitchen and dining area, all hardwood flooring.  The kitchen features granite with double oven / microwave / convection oven, instant hot water, dishwasher too. The dining area has a bar area with  another sink and icemaker that makes up to 30 pounds of ice per day. The downstairs has a washer & dryer and huge walk in shower. Even a bidet on the toilet.  To the rear, overlooking the pool is our version of the "Round House Bar". A complete duplicate with our own Whiskey light, another frig, popcorn machine and 6 bar stools.  Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and  another full bath.  The master has a king bed with desk for her make up area, closet and huge flat screen TV.  The middle bedroom has a queen bed, desk, nice sized closet and 42" flat screen.  The rear room we designed for the kids for maximumm bodies. It has 2 queen beds each with a bunk bed above and also a trundle bed under one of the queens a closet and 42" flat screen TV . Pack the kiddies in!

The Buoy House is a 2 unit upper & lower home located directly behind and part of the Round House property. Starboard Suite is the lower 3 bedroom unit. This unique feature allows guest in both homes to utilize the pool area. The Bouy House is brand new, completely gutted in 2022 it is all new construction. It features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and is about 1,200 sq. ft. It offers a huge living / kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, stove / oven , large frig. The bathroom is huge with a custom tiled walk in shower, double vanity and washer / dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with huge closet and flat screen TV. The middle bedroom features a queen, flat screen and nice closet. The 3rd bedroom designed for the kids has 2 twin beds and a double bed with huge closet and flat screen TV.

The Buoy House is a 2 unit upper and lower completely redone top to bottom in 2022. It is a brand new home.
