Buoy House
The "Starboard Suite" is the lower unit. It is brand new, completed late 2022. About 1,200 ft, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath.
The dining / kitchen area features a bar area with seating for 4. A coffee bar, large frig, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove / oven. The family room is 16 x 18 with 6 ft. french doors leading to the concrete patio with grill. There is a huge back yard that adjoins the awesome pool deck with built in, heated saltwater pool! This pool area is only shared with the 2 homes that adjoin rear yards.
There is also a firepit, Bocce ball & corn hole.
This unit is pet friendly and can also be rented by the room like a hotel Each bedroom is a lock off. You can rent 1,2 or the entire unit.
Note, individual rooms can only be rented during "Off season" which is 12.1.22 to 3.31.23. Rate is $98/night double occupancy. More than 2 people, $40 / person / night additional charge.
