We own 2 homes with adjoining back yards, directly behind one another. Our guests can enjoy 2 back yards! One home has an amazing pool deck, the other, a beautiful, grassy back yard with firepit, Bocce ball & cornhole. When you stay with us you have the unique benefit of both back yards.
The 1st home: The "Round House". 1,800 sq. ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home completely redone with a duplicate of the famous "Round House" bar on Put In Bay. This home's back yard has the amazing pool deck with a 14x28 heated, saltwater pool with waterfall!
The 2nd home: The "Buoy House". A completely renovated 1,200 sq ft, lower unit with a fenced in private, grassy back yard. The owners stay in the upper unit and are there much of the time to be your ultimate host.
The downstairs unit is the one we rent. It is a brand new, 1,200 ft, 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit complete with everything you need for your enjoyment.

1. The "Round House": A completely updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 1,800 sq. ft with a duplicate of the famous "Round House" bar on Put In Bay! The "Round House" as all the upgrades you'd expect. Granite, icemaker, makes 30 pounds a day, instant hot water, multiple refrigerators and the best pool deck in Sandusky!
2. The "Buoy House". This is a brand new 2 unit. The owner manages this property & stays in the upper unit. We rent the lower unit.

Features include huge family room, 3 nice sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom with custom tiled shower, double vanity, washer & dryer. Kitchen features a coffee bar and seating for 4 more.
Both homes are great Sandusky vacation rentals! Both of our homes adjoin each other via the back yards and have access to the built in pool. Since we own through to both streets in front and behind us you have access to 2 back yards with more parking, more activities and of course the only built in, heated pool in Sandusky & walk to downtown Sandusky! We also have EV chargers at both properties so bring your Tesla or other EV car. Adaptor for EV charging is the NEMA-14-30.
